ELA MOnday

Where is the concept of change in the book you are reading on your own?  What is happening to the characters that is causing them to change, or what can you predict will happen?  Write a paragraph in your Reader's Notebook which covers this topic.  A good lead might be...

There's this character in the book BEFORE THE FALL which I just finished reading.  His name is Scott and he is this artist who saved a kid from a plane crash.  The concept of change shows up with him because he kinda is this lost soul in the beginning of the book with no goals in life.  He goes through some tragic stuff and in the end he seems to want to do something good for the boy he rescued.
